Erín Moure

ERÍN MOURE’s latest poetry is The Elements (Anansi, 2019). Planetary Noise: Selected Poetry of Erín Moure, a 40-year retrospective, appeared in 2017 from Wesleyan University Press, edited by Shannon Maguire. In 2020, three translations: a sequence from Argentinian poet Juan Gelman’s Spanish “translations” of John Wendell, Sleepless Nights Under Capitalism (Eulalia Books); The Uplands, Book of the Courel and other poems (Veliz Books) from the Galician of Uxío Novoneyra; and, from the French of Quebec poet Chantal Neveu, This Radiant Life (Book*hug). Toots fait la Shiva, avenue Minto (tr. Colette St-Hilaire from Sitting Shiva on Minto Avenue, by Toots, New Star 2017) will appear in 2021 from Le Noroît. More at
