Issue 3.49: Bad Feelings (Spring 2023) is a special issue guest-edited by Afuwa, Fenn Stewart, and Jastej Luddu which asks how negative affects—those perceived as unwanted, unpleasant, or inappropriate—can serve as catalysts for solidarity and change. This issue features new poetry and prose by MICHAEL CHANG, Poonam Dhir, Scott Jackshaw, Samantha Jones, kurickaaa, D. A. Lockhart, Claire Miller-Harder, Faith Paré, Alexis Pooley, Kaitlyn Purcell, and Beni Xiao; a critical essay by Gage Karahkwí:io Diabo; conversations between Guest Editor Jastej Luddu and Andy Kalirai & Paneet Singh as well as Megan Q. Linton; and visual art by Nura Ali, Kyla Boan-Mitchell, Megan Feheley, bailey macabre, and Dora Prieto
