• TCR’s writer-led workshops remain affordable and no one is turned away for lack of funds
• our community readings and launches stay free and accessible to all
• we continue to value writers and artists by paying for their contributions to the magazine ($50 per page to a maximum of $200 for longer contributions)
• our staff is paid a living wage as determined by the Living Wage for Families BC
