In the summer of 2020, guest editors Aisha Sasha John and Alexa Solveig Mardon put out a call for visual or textual scores that dance artists employ in the creation of urgent, necessary, and medicinal work—as well as for writing that itself dances. They asked: What is it that you are dancing? Issue 3.43 (Winter, 2021) features the responses of over thirty contributors to that call including All Bodies Dance Project, Hannah Campbell & Xinyue Liu, Justine A.
