Tawhida Tanya Evanson

Tawhida Tanya Evanson is a poet, author, performer and producer from Tiohtià:ke/Montréal. Her collections include Bothism and Nouveau Griot, and her novel Book of Wings won the 2022 New Contribution Literary Prize. Her French autotranslation Livre des ailes and live concert film CYANO SUN SUITE both debut in 2023. She moonlights as a whirling dervish.
