Suvendrini Lena

Suvendrini Lena is playwright and neurologist living in T'karonto. Her play The Enchanted Loom on the Sri Lankan civil war was nominated for a 2023 Governor General’s Award. Other plays include Here are the Fragments (2019), a reflection on writing by Frantz Fanon, and Rubble (2023), inspired by the work of Palestinian poets Darwish and Khalaf Tuffaha.
