Nadine Shelly

NADINE SHELLY is currently living in Vancouver, although her home is on Salt Spring Island. In 1990, Exile Editions published her first book of poetry, Barebacked with Rain, at which time she received the Morley Callaghan Protege Award from the Toronto Arts Award Foundation. Her work has previously appeared in editions of Exile and Grain magazines, and last year she read at the Vancouver International Writers and Readers Festival. Interspersed with travel and study she is working on a second collection.
