Jes Battis

JES BATTIS is currently a doctoral student in the English department of Simon Fraser University, specializing in pop culture fantasy writing, and gender studies. He is the author of "Blood Relations: Chosen Families in 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' and 'Angel'", and has had poetry published in The Claremont Reviewand Saskatchewan Review. He lives in Vancouver.
