Evelyn Lau

EVELYN LAU's most recent book of poetry, In The House of Slaves, was published by Coach House Press. She is the author of Runaway, Diary of a Street Kid (Harper Collins), You Are Not Who You Claim (Press Porcepic), and Oedipal Dreams (Beach Holme). Her work has won several awards. Runaway was made into a CBC television movie, adapted for stage and translated into four languages.
