David B. Goldstein

David B. Goldstein is a poet, critic, food writer, and Associate Professor at York University in Toronto. His publications include the poetry collections Lost Originals (BookThug, 2016) and Laws of Rest (BookThug, 2013), and the monograph Eating and Ethics in Shakespeare's England (Cambridge University Press, 2013). He is currently co-director of the Folger Shakespeare Library's Mellon-funded research project "Before 'Farm to Table': Early Modern Foodways and Cultures."
