N.C. Happe is a Canadian-American writer currently living in Chicago. Her recent work has appeared in journals such as Kenyon Review, Longreads, Ninth Letter, and Guernica, among others. She is a 2025 Luminarts Fellow in Prose and has received additional fellowships from Vermont Studio Center, Monson Arts, Ragdale, and Norton Island Residency for Writers and Artists.
